John is the Owner of All-Star Realty Associates, which he established in 1997 after working at a number of Real Estate Agencies in the area. He has been a Licensed Real Estate Broker since May of 1980 and has been a Multi-Million Dollar Producer annually since 1986 and is a member of the Spartanburg Board of Realtors as well as being licensed in South Carolina and North Carolina.
Having graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree from Western Carolina University in June of 1974, he worked for corporations such as J.P. Stevens, but found that he had an affinity for Real Estate because of family influence in the business for many years, so he left the corporate world to pursue helping people to market and sell their properties, as well as assisting buyers to find the right property and protecting them in those purchases.

Licensed in Real Estate in June of 1996, Rose has been recognized by the Spartanburg Board of Realtors with the Award of Excellence (Million Dollar Producer), working with John since April of 1997. Having previously worked in the construction industry for around 15 years, she found that she really enjoyed helping people in purchasing properties and is licensed both in South Carolina and North Carolina. Rose has been an active member of the Spartanburg Board of Realtors, having served on the Executive Board for several years, Chairwoman of the Community Services Committee and on the Multiple Listing Service Board for two years.

Gwen has been licensed since 1985 and has worked as a Broker In Charge (22 years), owned her own company (15 years) and is licensed in both SC and NC. Recognized numerous times by the Spartanburg Association of Realtors including "Realtor of the Year" in 1997, "President's Distinguished Honor Board in 1998 as well as being inducted into the "Realtor's Hall of Fame" in 2010. With a servant's heart she served as the President of the Spartanburg Association of Realtors and 2 years as the President of the Spartanburg Multiple Listing Service as well as serving on numerous committees and also for the State of S.C. Association of Realtors.
